I think using a DBZ chracter in your design is just asking for legal trouble.

Not too bad but the colours really are horrible - if you'll excuse my bluntness. The actual pixelised layout is great - I've always loved that style. Work on the colours and you'll have a great site.

I like waht you did to that Vegeta picture. Makes him look more devious than ever. I like the addition of Cloud Strife on your buttons. An odd change-up. But good nonetheless
