Personality: Clémence is a pleasant person, very well-behaved and avoiding conflict. She will apologize if you bump into her on the street, she will share freshly-baked pastries if you happen to share a room with her. Unfortunately, she also lacks in assertiveness and can be easily intimidated. In cases when someone really wants to extort her, however, Rayleigh will jump out of his pokeball to his trainer's rescue. Clémence knows that she is lacking in her interpersonal skills and hopes to overcome the timidness that gets in the way of communication with some members of her team (Laue and Bragg specifically). Still, her first instinct is to run or just agree to whatever happens.

The notebook contains notes from past battles, observations and other info that helps Clé excel as a trainer. In her insecurity, she over-relies on that item, and has a habit of checking it even during the battle to assert herself of her strategy. Needlessly, since she knows what's in the notes.
Bag: water bottle, healing items for Pokemon and a first aid kit, a collection of TMs from both Kalos and Alola, a big berry bag with different treats inside.
Smartphone serves as a pokedex/phone/GPS device, as one would expect
Luggage with a change of shoes, clothes, cosmetics, etc. This item stays in the room, under the bed, while the clothes are neatly folded in the closet.

Bio: Born to loving but busy parents, Clémence was always a good child. She gladly helped around the house and spent most of her time quietly reading books. Generally liked by her neighbours in Courmarine City. When time came for her to get her first Pokemon, she was actually presented with an egg that her father brought from business trip to Hoenn. The girl took great care of the egg as diligently as she could. Clé hoped for a water-type partner, which was also what her parents intended to get... but what hatched from the egg after a long wait was a Beldum. Parents' first reaction was shock, disbelief... feelings not intended, but negative and scary to a newborn Pokemon. But Clémence immediately understood it's partner and said "it has the most beautiful water, I want it to be my partner!". This gesture made Rayleigh her loyal companion. The stern and straight-laced metal Pokemon is ready to sacrifice everything for his trainer. Still, Rayleigh was a tough pick for a starter and that just motivated the girl to learn ever more about being a trainer. That makes her a diligent, capable and knowledgeable trainer she is now.
Through more travels Clémence befriended Brillouin and Mie, which later evolved to it's final form. But her journey around Kalos was not just a leisure one. She was approached by a Hydreigon and was fooled into believing that it wanted to join her team in good faith. It quickly became a trump card in her travel, since it was so powerful. Why would she even bother if that one Pokemon could just top any hurdle with pure strength. That was so convenient, and yet was bothering Clémence inside. She let the beast handle battles in more and more cruel ways, until she tried to confront it. That was when the Hydreigon turned on her, and battled the entire team, severely hurting Rayleigh (the chip he has above his eye is from that time). The beast was handled by the team and fled, but the emotional stain remained. Her connection to Rayleigh is more difficult now, even preventing mega evolution occasionally.

The life orb Clé wears on her neck is a reminder of that time. While everyone who joined her team later (bottom 3 mon) understands that something is wrong, she never spoke to them about it. That deepens the distance between "old" and "new" members.

In order to make her feel better, Clémence's mother asked the local professor for advice. That was when Clémence met Bragg, and decided to adopt her. As soon as that happened Clé and her team moved to travel around Alola for almost a year (hence the tan in the app picture), where she befriended a very like-minded Bosanquet (Bonnie) and the brash and pugnacious Laue. They now came back to Clémence's homeland in time for the new tournament, much to Mie's delight, as it's the Jubilee Pokemon.

Adamant, straight-laced and protective of his territory (i.e. Clé and others). Once he sets his mind on something, it is done, decided, and will be executed. Appreciates Clé's diligence, but her feeble side worries him. Has a deep, good connection with Mie (surprisingly). He respects Bri, but does not get along with Bragg. Little interest in the other two.

Brillouin 'Bri'|Lapras

Held item: Shell bell

An old Lapras, calm and flegmatic. Doesn't charge into uncharted territories, and tends to calm down the rest of the team when tensions rise.

Mie|Togekiss

Held item: King's rock

Cheerful, bright and powerful. This capable fighter makes Rayleigh proud. It communicates with the rest of the team with it's mimic (emoticons), and reads atmosphere well. Often serves to discharge pressure in the team with it's volatile spirit. Really cute. Likes to watch things burn... maybe a little bit more than he should... uh?

Bosanquet 'Bonnie'|Morelull

Held item: Big root

A wallflower. He is quiet, shy, sells himself short. Rather than strive for the best, he looks up to Rayleigh and Mie and admires them from afar. Likes staring up at the moon and daydreaming. Gets along well with Bri.

Bragg|Braixen

Held item: None

The rebellious teenager. Likes to be the center of attention, and always puts up a show in battle. She often confronts
Clé, whom she finds not assertive enough. She also picks fights with Rayleigh, as she feels he finds her foolish and superficial. Jealous of the power and bond that "older" members share with Clé.

Constantly goads Laue, dissing her for not being able to pronounce Kalosian words properly, for being ugly, or literally any other reason.

Kind of afraid of Mie.

Laue|Toxapex

Held item: Z crystal (water)

Easily irritable, jumps into a fight with Bragg over anything. Actually sensitive to Bragg's hurtful comments. She has the ambition to be a great fighter and works really hard, but often loses to Mie or Rayleigh, which makes her frustrated. Gets along with Bri, who tries to teach her that everything needs time.
