"Bumblebee! Stop attacking! It's me, Optimus!" Optimus cried as he tried to shake the newly mutated Bumblebee off him. The techno-organic monster snarled and continued to bite down on Optimus's arm, the only thing keeping him from trying to rip Optimus's head off.

A few feet away, Optimus could hear Black Arachnia let out a dark chuckle.

"Forget it, Optimus." Black Arachnia croned, watching the dual between the Autobot leader and his youngest teammate with great amusement. "There's a new queen bee around here and Killer Bee only listens to her."

"His name is BUMBLEBEE!" Optimus growled in anger.

"Whatever!" The femme said with a dismissive wave of her hand. "Finish him off...Killer Bee." She ordered with a smug smirk.

Killer Bee let out a reptilian-like screech and, while still biting down on Optimus' arm, beat his wings to give himself an extra push to force Optimus against the wall of the chamber. Optimus heard Sentinel yell out something, but the other Prime was too busy battling with Waspinator to be able to help Optimus. He was on his own with this.

"Bumblebee, I don't want to hurt you." Optimus said, his arm shaking with attempt to keep Bumblebee's fangs and claws at bay. He looked into Killer Bee's enraged eyes and tried to find a hint that Bumblebee was still in there behind the mutated guise.

"And I know you don't want to hurt me. You're not Killer Bee." Optimus continued, speaking in a soft, non-violent tone, trying to coax Bumblebee to his senses. "You're Bumblebee, my teammate. Black Arachnia doesn't control you. You're an Autobot, not a Decepticon. Try to remember, Bumblebee!"

Why couldn't something like this happen on "Predacons Rising"? This is the kind of Optimus/Bee bonding I wanna see!
