This is a photo of aΒ young Grenadier of SS-12th Pz.Grenadiers (Hitlerjugend)rather than the Totenkopf. I have it in my archives on Tumblr. They were an elite extremely well trained division feared by all of the Allies as they wouldnt give up and often held a single bullet for themselves,..in case they were about to be captures with no way out.
The Americans calledΒ  them the Baby Division.

German teenagers fought on West Front because adult German men died in Russia.

Nice, what do you mean, you have your entire collection scanned onto your desktop? I shall as soon as i figure out how to scan them in since the printer to laptop is wireless :/ I just got a Wehrmacht ceremonial photo where they are all lined up and in the center they are taking some sort of oath over the national flag, the white and black one with the swastika in the center and the national eagle in the corner, with a big + design across it

Mhm When i can ill put some up Oh, and i was wrong about the crowd with the flag that was a swastika one with an iron cross not an eagle in the upper right hand corner also; the Wehrmacht ceremony one there is a clock on the building that says 5:41 and a line of soldiers in the bg of the ceremony, plus they are holding two oath swearing in's with the flags about 20 ft from each other You can only see some of the iron cross swastika cornered flag held by a man with a white sash but it's gorgeous!

well, if you see old men and young boys in combat, it's already an act of desperation. and this is 1945.

haha sorry! I mean to say 1944. I was thinking of the end of the war when I wrote the "1945"
