I wonder what will actually happen if he banishes Aquarius though. Like, do the spirits have a lot of impact on the zodiac? Will everyone who's aquarius just vanish if Aquarius vanishes?

Well in page 18 (which is part of the next scene, so not in this deviation) the sisters explain that nobody really cares about horoscopes anymore, and because of that they're very Minor spirits. Worst case scenario is that Aquarians get shitty/inaccurate horoscopes for the rest of time.
