Bio:

Lindsey was born into a somewhat large family. She is the 3rd oldest of five (2 older brothers, 1 younger brother, and 1 younger sister). Her father, Darwin, is a police lieutenant who plays by the book and her mother, Samantha, is an accomplished marine biologist and the former bearer of the Elemental of water.

For most of her life, Lindsey has faced one hardship...continuously moving. Her family has always been on the move, not staying in one place at a time. Reasons were always unknown to Lindsey until at the age of 6 when she learned the truth...her mother's haunted past.

Lindsey learns from her mother about a story about an ancient power that grants the user the power to control the element that gives life...water. At first, the young heroine didn't really understand, which her mother said she would learn over time, but the truth would hit pretty hard and pretty soon.
One day during a boating activity, Lindsey would witness her mother being attacked by mysterious dark creatures. This is the moment where "Lin" would learn the truth about the story her mother told her. She would witness her mother using water to force the monsters away, protecting Lin and her siblings.During the course of the attack, Lindsey was pushed overboard, into the ocean. With no experience of swimming, she sank quickly and came face to face with a mysterious black monster with large white eyes. Before she could be hurt, Lin was dragged out of the ocean by her father. The events would traumatize Lindsey, giving her an overwhelming fear of water and the monsters. To protect their family, Lin's parents decided to move. The attacks would continue for another 12 years. During all of this, Lindsey would also suffer an injury to her ankle which would sideline her dreams at being a gymnast, which further stiffens her confidence. Until fate had other plans.

By this time, 16 year old Lindsey was already in possession of the Elemental of Water but had absolutely no interests in wanting to use it. It was during this time she and her family would move to a new city far away from the coast.
On her first day of school, Lindsey would have her first encounter with Stryke the Hedgehog after the hedgehog almost got into a fight with another student. The two would later glance at each other during a field trip to the museum before Lindsey walks away.

Later on, Lindsey would be attacked again by the creatures, forcing her to run away. Not seeing where she was going, Lindsey is almost killed by an oncoming truck but is saved when Stryke, Burst the Scorpion, Shard the Porcupine and Pogo the Kangaroo appear. The quintet manages to run the creatures off, only after Stryke is exposed to the Elemental of Electricity. Lindsey offers her new friends to return home with her to explain what is going on.

At her home, Lindsey's mother explains to the boys the legend regarding the Elementals. Following this, she reluctantly joins with Stryke and his friends to find out more about their current situation.

Sometime later, Stryke is thought to be killed in an explosion protecting his friends. The incident would hurt Lindsey even further. Believing her lack of abilities and her past fears prevented her from doing anything except put the guys in danger, Lindsey returned home and slipped into an isolated depression.

A week later, Lindsey would once again be attacked by the creatures, only for Burst and Pogo to unsuccessfully try to help.
As the creatures are about to kill her, something goes off inside of Lindsey, causing her to tap into the full power of her Elemental. Fully infused with the full raw power of the Elemental, she charges her foes and drowns them with her water powers. Burst, Pogo, and Samantha are left in total disbelief at what just transpired. When they finally find Lin, she is standing where the monsters once stood among rubble and debris, the wind blowing against her bruised face and tattered dress, tears coming from her rage filled eyes, rolling down her cheeks and her fists clinched. Lindsey collapses into her mother's arms and passes out soon after.

Hours later, Lindsey awakens in her bed and her destroyed clothes gone with her mother watching over her. Burst and Pogo visit to see if she was ok, to which she says yes. Lindsey asks what really happened, and Samantha explains that she was able to tap into her powers after years of holding them back. She apologizes to Lin for giving her those powers and told her that she didn't realize how tough it was. Accepting her mother's apology, Lindsey surprisingly asks for help in being trained to use her powers, refusing to move again due to Alvah's minions. Lindsey explains that she now knows that despite how many times her family relocates, they will never be free of Alvah until he is defeated. Despite Samantha's fear of Lindsey's request, she reluctantly agrees to help and Burst and Pogo agree to help too. Over the course of the next few weeks, Lin would start training herself to get back into her gymnastics practices, with the desire to be stronger driving her forward. Burst, Pogo, and Samantha would become involved deeply in the monkey's training, helping her get better over time. On the side, Burst would help Lindsey learn a few techniques in protecting herself. A few months would pass before Samantha reveals to Lin that she planned a trip for the two of them and they would be leaving the next day.

The next day after the mother and daughter landed, Lin learns where they were going, the site of the boating accident 6 years earlier. Samantha explains that for Lindsey to be able to face her fears fully, she needed to come to terms with the fears that brought her down. However instead of a boating trip, this was going to be a scuba diving trip. Hesitant at first, the heroine-in-training suited up and descended with her mother into the waters where her nightmares began. The two explored for about 30 minutes before Lindsey began to start feeling at home. Just as things were starting to feel ok, the duo are suddenly attacked from above. Lindsey looks up and sees two of Alvah's minions charging at them from the surface. The monsters quickly overpower the two and during the struggle, Lindsey's air tank explodes, propelling her into the rock formations. The impact causes a severe blow to Lindsey, who was forced to watch as her mother was attacked by the creatures as her body shut down and she slowly descended deeper into the darkest regions of the ocean. Before she went unconscious, she saw a large mass attack the creatures and slowly approach her.

Later, Lindsey awoke inside of an underwater cavern, where an air pocket had formed. She got to her feet, regained herself and went to look around. She came upon the underwater entrance of the cavern and noticed a large black mass jetting toward her. The large mass exploded out of the water with a large gusher of water and surfaced in front of the scared monkey. Lindsey was terrified at what she had seen...a large black creature with large white soulless eyes, the same creature that almost ate her. However this time she knew exactly what it was...an orca.

As Lindsey looked on, Samantha appeared from behind the creature. She reveals that when Alvah's minions attacked, the orca saw the monsters and saved them both, chuckling that Lin practically spent the whole trip inside the creature's mouth, which disgusted Lindsey. Samantha also reveals that this orca and Lindsey met 6 years ago when it almost "ate" her. Seeing this as a hurdle she had to overcome, Lindsey slowly approached the orca and touched it, while apologizing for assuming it was something it wasn't, to which the orca pushed its head into her chest, allowing her to hug it and the two forgave each other.

Samantha then explains to Lindsey that they would stay in the cave for a while to hone Lindsey's abilities. The most important of which was Samantha's signature move, liquification. This ability allowed Lindsey to turn into pure water and the ability to morph and melt into various shapes and forms. This would also allow Lindsey to merge with larger bodies of water. Now infused with her new powers, Lindsey would combine her gymnastics prowess with her new water abilities, thus enabling her to use her powers to be stealthy, nimble, and very graceful.

Weeks later, Lindsey was able to qualify for a gymnastics meet and was able to win the gold, catching the attention of many after being gone for so long. Despite her popularity, Lin avoided any attention and let her actions do the talking, something of which she learned from her friends. Continuing on with her training with Burst, Lin managed to ruin and tear her second dress. Seeing this as a future problem, Burst advised Lindsey to try to find a replacement outfit. Lindsey looked around until she found her leotard and her wetsuit. Seeing that both didn't have much distraction and were very snug to her body, Lindsey got an idea and told her mother about it.

Days later, Lin invites Burst and Pogo over to tell them she was saying goodbye. Confused, Burst and Pogo watched as Lindsey used her liquification ability and transform herself. When she resolidified, the scared little girl in the dress was gone, and what stood in her place was a new Lindsey, complete with a new form fitting suit, long gloves, armbands, and a ponytail. Lindsey explained that the "goodbye" was a way to finally move on with her life by leaving the weaker parts of her former self behind. Impressed by what he saw, Burst and Lindsey restart their training and move on.
