It's an eyeris! Haha! Like the flower mixed with the part of the eye ...It's an idea I had as I was falling asleep the other night.
I sort of based the style on that of a picture I found on here:

The overall style is pretty good, You used the lineart that I usually use which makes it better, but the drawing could have been better

Pretty dark colours, not much use of the pallette, makes it look like night-time. use the Pallette more!
