Part 2, Tails has a spanking new hat with shorts of a similar style and an open orange shirt over his dark red t. Like kids these days. Tails is cranking some tunes on his cell phone. Hehe - also really cool! Although it looks a bit more sketchy than the Shadow one, and he could've filled more of the picture.
