Yeesh, I just noticed something. I know the heavy, story-wise, is under employment of the RED team, but imagine if he joined BLU, as Big Macintosh.

thanks! i wanted to keep them closer to the fim appearance than tf2, for example pinkie isn't wearing a mask. also, any clothing is team-colored

Well its just that by clothing alone (which is also lacking the Spy's inner shirt and tie and is overall a different style of suit), Rarity looks less like the Spy and more like the Administrator (who's outfit is a bit closer to this then the Spy's IMO). It's also just for me that while Pinkie is still showing off the flamethrower and overalls of Pyro (so the mask isn't really needed), Rarity has neither the knife, revolver,exact suit, inner shirt with tie, cigarette, or balaclava that's so signature to the Spy. By the original TF2 artwork this is based on, Spy is only showing off the mask, cigarette, and his suit with the innershirt+tie so to stay faithful and not just add a floating knife or revolver, you'd be limited to those 4 items. Which personally, I would've gone with the balaclava over everything else since it sticks out more then the suit-combo and/or cigarette. She could've been standing there nude with just the mask and I'd automatically think Spy even if I hadn't been around the fandom enough to always equate Rarity with Spy. (though overall I would've gone with just balaclava and suit combo)
I'm sorry for rambling and being a critic. Like I said, both pieces are wonderful

This looks amazing. You did a great job with the shading and getting the painted look of the original TF2 menu screens. It really helps give every character a three dimensional look to them. Great job.
