Sorry, but the legs are off. I guess that's really the only way for her to be able to stand, but it looks a bit odd. Other than that, amazing work! I like how the particles are butterflies, clever.

I used Paint Tool Sai. Sai is easy to work with and gets colors down fast! Also, I used 7 layers

Tie with shirt and vest work perfect for Fluttermedic.
Granted, I thought of Fluttermedic long before her outburst in Best Night Ever giving something to draw parallels between Fluttershy and Medic anyhow.

The shirt and tie works for her and she looks excellent too, though the face does look a bit stoic.
