In those instances where it's done for pure comedy, I understand, but there are people who honestly believe the matchup is more logical and use self-defeating claims to support their ideals.Β Unfortunately I'm a left-brained individual, so I analyze this stuff and tend to favor logic, which often makes my jokes unfunny and makes me prone to fights.Β xD

Actually, Rarisniper does make some sense, even if it's not readily obvious.Β Rarity is a dress-maker, which requires precision, patience, and consistency.Β It's not a super great match, but it's not a bad one either.Β As for Derpy Medic, I wouldn't say it's bad either so much as I would say it's not strong.

I'll always pair 'em up like that because I just can't see them any other way.(and for the lulz. This is TF2 we're talking about here.

I ain't even mad, I just like to talk, spread my poison, that fun stuff. 
Eh, I just can't see the lulz in Flutter-Medic, because in my mind she's either way too passive to be interesting (and often enough that you'd wonder why she'd help ponies kill each other), or is completely inverted into Flutterpsycho (thus eliminating the reason why one might make her Medic to begin with).Β That's why I like to make her Sniper - strong connections to nature, both are 'shy' in some manner of speaking, and the only illusion of being exceptionally kind is the apologies after turning ponies' heads into fine red mists.
I also find Twilight simply more entertaining as Medic.Β Mad science? Insane experiments? Skeleton removal? The potential for hilarity is endless.
But yeah, don't worry, I'm not trying to be aggressive, I mean nothing by it.
