First, this needs to be converted in VTF, that's easy. Then you'll need to find the right folder, that's harder. Now rename it to the right name, that's almost impossible if you don't know the name.
I still haven't figured the last one out...

I made a pattern of white dots on black space, then used it as a "Screen" layer at 20% opacity. It isn't a true halftone (little dots for printing) comic effect.
