Not only escalators, stairs as well. After all, it's just a matter of *not* making an entrance / exit on the 2nd floor

I agree. When I visited back in 2007 I cant remember this stairway, we weren't allowed to go to the top tower for some reason

Ah ok, I was close to Timişoara when we crossed from Hungary into Romania (well, relatively close, considering the distance from Holland to Brasov )
