It's lovely to see Daina in such an amazing style I really like how smooth the movement looks, very feline!

Ooo I love these colors! Really nice style; the drawing and coloring style go really well together, and the texture is the icing on the cake! Beautiful tiger;
you can tell it's on the prowl not just by the pose (and title XD) but also because of that look in its eyes that's spot-on! It's scouring its surroundings for hiding prey, and you can just see it spring at any moment. That beard thing is a cool addition, as well; very interesting; gives it a sort of antique feel - like it's something you could find painted on an ancient scroll or something. Very cool!

Thank again! I like trying different styles. Feline anatomy is hard for me and the style helped a bit!

Oh I really love the forms you use to build the tiger. I like that there are sharp points as well as smooth, rounded curves. And I love your use of really dark blues and greens in place of black, it gives so much more life to the artwork as a whole. The bluish violet on the tiger is so pretty, and really works with the oranges! And the texture over the whole piece is really nice too! Wonderful work!

I adore the way you've mixed straight and curved lines! It can be a bit difficult to stick to especially when trying to maintain the correct anatomy.
The slightly "crude" feel it gets from the thick outlines and expressive background is really lovely, not to mention the choice of colours! Really inspiring! C:
I'd love to see this style again, but using a bit more perspective and depth or a more energetic pose! ^^

Thank you!
I still have problems with depth and dynamic poses ( beside the fact that I'm still struggling with feline anatomy).
Those are aspects difficult to learn by yourself and tutorials don't help that much.
I was limited in time so I chose not to address those issues for this artwork. But it is on my to do list of improvement.

You're welcome!
A strong, firm style and technique is a very good start, and implementing perspective or dynamism isn't that hard afterwards. I am too having problems with both, but mostly because I always try new techniques to colour.
Yeah, animal anatomy can be very difficult, though it all depends on how realistic you want to be. Personally, I think realism is a bit overrated, as it boils down to skill rather than vision, which cannot be learnt.
Indeed. No matter how good a tutorial is, it's hard to notice and correct our own mistakes. It's important to get feedback from a teacher, mentor, as the audience can be very misleading ... Though ImagineFX released some really great tutorials and not those step-by-step ones ... maybe they can help!
This piece is great as it is! As long as you feel the need to improve, you have nothing to worry about.

I'm still in the process of improving coloring, shading and line art. I'm always trying new things! And I'm not into comic style than realism! Art is a hobby for me and I want to have fun!
Thank you for the great feedback!

Thank you so much Styg!! this is lovely. ;; I really like the almost uncertain look on her face, and you did a beautiful job on the shading. Also love the semi-realism here. ;3 You've definitely come a good ways with anatomy, I love it. I adore the colors on the background!! is really adorable job, hun!!!
