I see a lot of broody, cutesy, paired, smug (favourite) and angsty Vilkas, so it's a refreshing change of pace to see him portrayed in this light. Β Fresh from battle, marked by his enemies but not wounded. Β Here he looks very defiant and strong, gazing into the horizon where he spots new prey, coming to join their comrades at his feet. Β He is a good speaker, but doesn't do it often or gratuitously, saying enough to satisfy a question or share his wisdom in a concise manner. Β For once, he doesn't look as if in pain, or like he agonizing over some very deep and srs thoughts, he is stoic. Β He has that look of a warrior. Β That is the main thing I love about your piece. Β The strokes and tones remind me of an oriental painting with water colours; there's a special kind of grace and elegance to it, and it still exudes that needed hardness to truly portray a Son of Skyrim. Β Thank you for sharing this!

In my game he was walking around for half an hour with an arrow sticking out of his face. This made me think of that

though the choice of color for the lineart... it makes the shading look odd, in my opinion ;w;

I feel like those arrows are mine. "Come with me Vilkas my dear!" And then he takes that as a personal challenge to see how many arrows he can take from me. One time I was aiming and he fricking like, appeared in front of me the moment I released the string and then I was like <__< ... >___> \Resurrect
