You have used Terragen 2 for this I can tell, you have done quite well, although I think the mountains could use a little bit of texture. So do this you should add a colour shader so you can have a little bit of the colour of the mountains under all the snow. Also three hours is a little long, but it depends on what specs your PC has. I know some settings which could do this in just under half an hour with my PC specs.
But other then that good work!

Yes i did use Terragen, this was my very first landscape and i thought it looked quite nice

You are very welcome! It's odd becuase what I told you is the what i was told when I made my first piece that looked like yours but worse, my first piece was very grainy. A nice place to go for even more tips is [link] . It's a chat room for all the Space Artists, there are a few landscape artists in there too, uses the same program as you.
