I've been strolling through your gallery and this design is IMHO the best. I like "let us make you visible" idea with the gradient, the heading is nice, the flower is quite ok, but what I don't like are those squares in the top-right corner. They just don't fit there. I would leave the space blank or put something more decent and detailed there. Neverthelss very professional layout.
