Okay, I saw this in the trivia section of the Avatar Wiki page and had to do it. I'm assuming an Earth King is not going to be in the best of health, so I stuck with 3 miles/h.

Ba Sing Se, as it turns out, is very big. Limerick to Omagh! New York nearly to Baltimore! Nearly all of Taiwan! Now, it's unclear whether this refers solely to the metropolitan rings, or to the whole breadth of the Outer Ring. Regardless, it is no surprise it's marked so visibly on maps. Still, I doubt it is as large as the size it is typically shown, unless the ATLA!Earth is much smaller than Real!Earth. More than one of my maps is for an Avatar AU/fanon where it's based on a future Earth, and naturally I cannot make it a thousand miles across. I do have another map in the works, in which Ba Sing Se will make an appearance.
