Huh... I was wondering if there was any Ultraman from Earth... I had an idea about an Ultraman who is actually a human transformed into a whole new Ultraman by drawing massive light power from Earth into himself.

Well, haven't written down anything yet, but goes like this: The world is in constant attack by monsters, while the Geo-Orbit Organization fo Defense (G.O.O.D., because Fun With Acronym) tries to stop them with the help of some Ultramen and Ultrawomen that appeared thanks to the mysterious Ultra Pods (Source? ONORE BELIAL!!) helping humans to become the vessels of these ultra beings. The main hero is a regular human who, by accident, falls into a chasm of light and is transformed into an Ultra Blank (a fully silver body and a generic head), while a fight is occurring. In the middle of the fight, a light takes him, away to another place. Ultraman Hikari took him to Nebula 78 and helped him comprehend what happened: Just like they are born from the light of Nebula 78, he was born from the light of the Earth into an Ultra Being. Hikari presented him with a device called the Terra Flash, that could house the light in him. He applied it to his chest and his silver body gains a black V on top of a white V (Like Gaia V2, but over a silver background) with a band on the same scheme going down each arm from the shoulders to the back of his hands, then a band on the waist with lines going down the sides of the legs to the ankles, where bands end them. His head gains an aquamarine round gem representing the Earth and his chest gains an oval Color Timer. He then takes for himself the name "Ultraman Terra" as his new identity. He then flies down to Earth.
Masaru Souta is Terra's birth form and the one he regresses to when he "times out" (Unlike Gaia, he has a Color Timer, mostly because it's the way he has to return to his human form, as he can't do it on his own; it only works on earth, though, he will become Terra out of the planet) and he can transform into Terra by conecting his Terra Flash (a flashdrive that pops out from his heart when he wills it, mainly by calling "The Light of the Earth is overflowing!"/地球の光があふれる！/Chikyuu no hikari ga afureru! while taking his hand to his heart) into a blank Ultra Pod he was given as well (The pod only gives a sparkle sound until the Terra Flash is connected on top, making it announce "Flash Up!") and then raising the hand and pressing the opening button again while shouting "Ultra!" (The pod plays sounds, causes the light in the Terra Flash to return to Masaru, transforming him while exclaiming "Ultraman Out! Terra Base!"). He can take other forms by using an Ultra Pod with a loaded Ultra (like a form with Mebius' Ultra Pod called Terra Break).

Sounds great, and creative, also it's faithfully following the Ultraman series regulation.
In other word, your plot is worth adopted as an official Tsuburaya scenario.
It's no flattering, I just want to view a visual image of Ultra Blank, a fully silver body and a generic headed Ultraman.

Well, not exactly. My theory is that Ultramen do not open their mouth, because they speak through subconscious telepathic frequencies that are automatically interpreted by humans into their language. So, humans think that they are hearing the Ultraman speak.
