That would be April 3, the first date the show aired in 2004. I'm pretty sure that it's just something fans made up, but a lot of people remember to celebrate it, which is pretty fun.

And then there's the "Day of Angst" sometime in October as well... which, as far as I can tell, is just something for the Danny Phantom fandom.
