This is by no means a professional color chart, I just use the eyedropper tool. Use at your own discretion. Feel free to use this as a reference, but don't be afraid to experiment. If you think any of my colors are off (ESPECIALLY the skin tone, which I suck at) PLEASE let me know. I'll be quick to change it. And if you use it, please fave it!

Also, I'm just assuming Vlad's always shaded in his ghost form. I'm just too lazy to check, it's really late and I'm tired. If you find an instance of Plasmius not shaded, let me know and I'll gladly edit it.
