You're going through a hard time? I hope this isn't some representation of how you are feeling. And if it is cheer up! Easy for me to say, right? I think you did a really nice job on this, its hard for me to tell what exactly is real. I would guess the hair and the tear aren't. But I could be missing some stuff. I think you subtly enhance various features also, and I think it looks really nice.
