Silver is used for depression and all mental illnesses in general. However green can also be used for depression as well as bipolar disorder. I've even seen it used for all mental illnesses. I guess both green and silver work for those causes. 
A few groups also use a black-and-white ribbon for bipolar disorder. The black represents the depressive episodes, and the white represents the manic episodes. It's stripped but not the same way as the zebra-print one.
ADHD is either orange or purple, depending on the awareness group you ask. More disagreement. So normal in the mental health community.
The only group of mental disorders where there's any agreement on ribbon colour is for the anxiety disorders. That one's teal.
Mostly you just need to update your description to include those, not the actual stamp. 
Lol, I have a lot of ribbons to wear!! Green, silver, teal, orange, purple, lavender, and zebra-print-- just for the medical conditions I have. Never mind all the other ones. I wish there was a ribbon to represent all of these causes!!

No problem. It's a confusing issue that no one in the mental health community seems able to agree on. Except for teal being for all the anxiety disorders.
Here's the run-down
Green:
-depression (both childhood and in general)
-bipolar disorder (aka manic depression)
-all mental illnesses
Silver:
-depression (in general)
-all mental illnesses
Teal:
-all anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, phobias, etc.)
Orange:
-ADHD (attention deficient hyperactivity disorder-- all forms)
Purple:
-ADHD (attention deficient hyperactivity disorder-- all forms)
Black-and-white stripes:
-bipolar disorder (only used by a few support groups; most groups use green)

The saddest one I've heard about was for lung cancer. Theirs used to be clear... for the hidden epidemic that was being ignored.

It's easy when you're at an actual demonstration et al. At an AIDS walk: red ribbon = AIDS and HIV support and awareness. At a memorial service: yellow ribbon = remembrance.
All bets are off elsewhere though! If I wore a green ribbon for depression or mental health awareness everyday, most people would just assume I was supporting environmentalism instead. 
Some people do seem to take them a tad too seriously. It's like that Seinfeld episode where Kramer refused to wear the ribbon for an AIDS walk. He wasn't 'against' AIDS victims, just against wearing the ribbon. That didn't go over too well though.

The slower animation is a lot nicer on the eyes, and now I can see all the ribbons clearer against the background. Whether this is due to the slowing down of the animation or otherwise, I think it's a lot nicer
