The guy right behind you apparently has an allergic reactions to Public Display of Affection (PDA). He looks to be having a headache that could rival menstrual pains.

Wow. How do you take a picture like that, so close, and not distract such a moment?

Amazing. But you already heard that. What I admire most is not only how you recognized the moment, but also how you were so quick of thought to aim the camera and shoot and above all the nerve you had to do that. It's something I can barely understand and I envy and congratulate you for that. Well done.

Classic! HAHA! I want a print of this.

oh! ok well, as this was a DD my first in commenting was that you were going to be getting a lot of comments so i should keep it short.
i did not want to just look at a great candid moment and walk away.
so i took a long look and thought of what were the things that made this good for me (and to keep it short).
because i own a 50mm 1.7 lens (for about 2/3 months now) i thought about how much fun that lens is.
looking at the info available, i thought about what the environment of the bus was at the time of the shot? dark, movement, crowded... (i recently was planning a bus shoot, but at this time i only have the bus arriving).
from looking at your camera setting, i pictured the scene before you.
there's is not the one thing that stands out... the iso, the shutter speed, the 1.4f... it is when these are brought together i get a thought of what things were like at the time you hit the shot.
reading through the comments i noticed many others had mentioned the, what, it is that makes this a great shot... i could have repeated any of those and it would be as true for me as any other.
but i felt that the settings made this more than a great shot, i felt it as a great moment.
and that's is when i decided what my short comment should be.

that what street photography should be all about.
it has a sort of robert doisneau feel, and i must say it does honour the master
brilliant.
