Ahahahaaaa!!!
This is a still of the Joker threatening Rachel in the upcoming movie The Dark Knight. Painted from an image I found somewhere on'tinternet.
I have to say, I wasn't hugely impressed with the casting of Heath Ledger as the Joker in the beginning, but frankly he's grown on me and now I can't wait to see what he does with the character. I reckon he'll do a cracking job.

Aw, this is beautiful! Great great painting, nice lighting and shading with the acrylics! Its hard to use those D: You did a good job with blending them so it doesn't stand out so much and good stuff!

Thank you so much. I absolutely love using acrylics, I can't imagine using anything else to be honest. They dry so quick, which is great coz i'm impatient.

I think this picture dipicts the best part of The Dark Knight and the worst.
I LOVED Heath as the Joker, I don't think he could have played ti better if he tryed.
He WAS the Joker. Like when I heard he would play the joker I thught it was so weird for him to play a character like that but my God he did it so well.
Maggie however, playing Rachel (I can't spell!!!) didn't really fit I don't think, she acted, weird.. she was good yes, but I don't know.. haha.

Thank you! Yes, my reactions when I heard that Ledger was cast for the role were confusion really. I didn't think he could fit the mold...Boy, how wrong I was!
I liked Maggie in this, I thought she was so much better than Holmes. Rachel Dawes isn't the best drawn character though.

The Joker will have an arsenal of wacky stories relating to the origins of his scar, so we may never know.

Yeah, I'd like to know his whole history (I'm like that, like to know everything about the characters) also was wondering today how the Joker gets his groceries done/ where he eats etc lol.

Hehe, knowing the histories of characters makes me feel good, I feel weird when I really love a character but they're a complete mystery and i really wanna know everything bout them but there's no way for me to find out ;_;

Gah, yes it WAS a great scene. :-D But then, ANY scene with the Joker in it was great, hehehe. Basically after his last scene, the movie got lame. :-P I think it should've ended with him being carted off to Arkham Asylum, but hey, maybe that's just me.
LOL True, she DOES have about every man in the movie you could think of, but Bruce is boring...and Harvey's Harvey. lol And it wouldn't matter if Rachel agreed to it or not, cuz the Joker can get anything he wants. :-P
Haha, well I find it interesting how I can find a clown even remotely attractive, but he is... *scared* Clowns are creepy, but the Joker's just...gaaah. lol He's a smartass, has charisma, and is a bad guy...must be why he's got such a huge following. :-P The creepy thing is I never even consider Ledger all that attractive until now...wtf??? Seriously. *must be on something* lol
