How do I download and use this as my cursor?

go to where it says 'download" on the side of the screen, then 'save as" and select the "downloads" folder. that's how I do it

every time i try to download cursors it always comes out as weird text and dosent work please help!

First and foremost, are you running Windows on your machine. These will only work on a computer with Windows as its operating system.
If so, then I don't know why you are getting text instead of the proper ZIP. How about you try this link . This one is the download Deviant Art provides me, and it has yet to lead me astray.

If you are ever interested in doing so, the program that I use is IconART by Conware. It's a pretty simple little program. You can compose your cursors/frames in the program or import bitmaps to use.

I had to assign them individually and save it as a custom theme. (which was quick and easy enough) Win 7 didn't see the file as a theme pack.
