Sketch for the day
Just playing with Jo's captain look. Scars will all remain the same but toying with her outfit, and if she changes the look of her sealed Zanpakuto.
As for her Division, since my Gotei has slightly different missions than the others... Jo and Matt take over Division 10 when it's reopened. So then, in this Gotei the 10th becomes a little like a more refined version of division 11... where the 11th is like sending in a tank, the 10th specializes in fireteam-style combat, units that ca be sent out at a moment's notice to anywhere and be able to sustain themselves for long periods of time if needed, until other divisions can come back them up. They also take over the mission of human-world patrols (counterpart to the 7th's soul society patrolling).
Kind of an in-betweener of the 2nd and the 11th haha

Well, know how that is. Not always easy to change something, especially about an old OC that you are used to see in a certain way. But think it can be good, a way to see the OCs changes and milestones, that they go forward.
