oh i just came up with a short list of what his powers are
1. Super strength and stamina
2. Quantum tunneling
3. Manipulation of "the rot" (the black fluid he can form his body)

THe rot will be fun against Jo~ She has a healing factor that can be inhibited, and metal bones so if Rancid teams up with the metal manipulator that is one of her other villains... she's screwed lolΒ
