Description
RL commission of a certain cat. It was pretty fun to do, since I haven't done lately much animal drawings even though they are something really close to my heart.

Even though this is really old, as someone who may love her cats more than she's willing to admit, I figured that I had to comment
His/Her face is really cute, especially the eyes. The left eye has some nice depth shading around it. This might sound weird, especially if you didn't do it on purpose, but I like how the top whiskers aren't mirrored to one another. The top whiskers don't seem to often be symmetrical in RL, but since we love symmetry we tend to over look that.
I don't think cat ears turn that far inward, but some breeds have unique ears, like the American Curl.

Well we do have two cats, so I'm awfully aware how they are not symmetrical at all. Of some the things I'm almost neurotically aware of and it resulted in some weird things when I was a kid XD
Well the picture was made out of a reference photo, since this is a commission piece, so the cat did have ears like that.

It really does doesn't it? I am trying to learn drawing form photos right now and if I don't have anything phiscal to look at my drawong tends to revert to beeing cartoonish/manga like.
