This is absolutely gorgeous! I love the way you blended colors on this, it makes for a really lovely palate of colors.

I'm impressed with the lovely and happy vision of Celestia "floating through the sky," with such grace and contentment. From the way she's holding her wings it looks like she's moving slowly or hovering — and I think this is the first time I've seen her wings in any position other than the basics.
Then I'm doubly wowed by how beautifully you used the gradients not only to define her mane and tail so wonderfully but also the way you were able to contrast it with the hazy, sunlit background gradient. The princess stands out perfectly while being surrounded by wonderfully-matched hues.
