Now it's time for my very first critique! This artwork deserves nothing less...
First of all, I love how much detail you've put into this although it appears to be a speedpaint. There is so much to discover in this beautiful landscape. The wings of the dragon are a real eyecatcher and are leading the eye to other parts of the picture.
You are very skillful at using the right colors. Especially the contrast between the warm natural colors at the lower part of the picture between the cold, hard colors of the upper part. It gives the feeling of perspective and depth to the picture and it makes it less messy but easy to watch, despite all the details!
I think there should be more lighting and shading on the wings of the dragon. Both wings are colored similar, it makes it look unrealistic compared to the rest of the picture.
I'm also missing a shadow underneath the dragon. It looks like he's not really standing on the hill but in the middle of nowhere, as he is only inserted in the background. (Hope it doesn't sound too confusing, I can't explain it very well)

Cool, are those skinny tower-like thingies in the background buildings or rock formations? I do not know how you just sit down and DRAW FOR HOURS!!! I'm very antsy, if you can't tell from my comments. I draw in bursts; half hour now, twenty five minutes tomorrow... I can't stay focused very long
