May I ask what fascinates you about dragonflies?
The colors are quite intriguing.
So many things to look at as well.
What made you think to draw/paint this?
Those eyes... I can see... so many different things going on.
Anger, mixed with sadness... Fear, mixed with determination.
Hurt, mixed with confidence.
The blackness, what's the meaning?

I think the light on her chicks is too wide, it make her a big round chick not at the good emplacement (I don't know if you understand what I mean) but I find the composition really good ! The blue and the green dragonfly bring color to the global drawing that have a lot of dusty color !
