Now on facebook! www.facebook.com/ArtistSunima?…Here is a project I've just finished from school. the theme was "mythology" I chose to paint from the norse mythology. so the characters you see, are Odin, Midgardsormen, Fenrisulven, Hugin and Munin, and Sleipner. Sorry for the bad editing. I had to use the photoshop tool called puppet warp to make it look more like it could be scanned. sadly the picture is too big for scanning.

I used watercolors for this painting.

Our dog left us just before Christmas, so I have an idea of how it feels. What happened, was it illness?

No, he was just fine. He was at this dog kennel for under a week before he suddenly was found dead in his cage. He was together with another female dog. Its so tragical.. I wish he atleast was here with his family when he died... We dont know what caused it, so we are hoping to get a vet to do an autopsy on him. We are all so sad over here now... I cant think about anything else than that i want him back.

We have now found out that he died of some issue/error/shutdown/fail with his heart. (Gah! Whats the english word for it!) some heartattack but not really a heartattack.
He should have died without any pain. And it would have happened anyway, it was not caused by any stress.
im a little relieved to hear this...
still, im very sad it happened so soon.... He was only a little less than 6 years.

I had my last day of school today. 
Atm I'm drawing some characters for Alexander Rybak (my cool famous friend)
where i am drawing a norwegian Troll with his magic violin, and his human friend. Ive barely started with the other characters too, but I'm not there yet.
Alexander is working with a project, a musical. which I might be drawing for! note the Might.
its not decided yet if i will be the illustrator, but I'm crossing my fingers. wish me luck!
If i do get to be the illustrator for these characters and the sound book possibly, that will be extremely good for my name!
Btw, he will have a song of his in the end of HTTYD2!

Barbeques are always good. I remember when I was younger we used to gather together some families and head to the beach for barbeques - they were the best.
Wow! Pfft, girl, you gotta turn that 'might' into a 'I am'. Just keep annoying him until he says yes; use some womanly charm! That would be a great opportunity - you shall have to send me CD (it's a cd?) when it's all finished. The sketches look rather fun, but I'll reserve my judgement until I see the final piece.
I listened to the song; I actually preferred Jonsi's Sticks and Stones from the first movie.
Well I'm all finished with university for the year - as I think I've told you - so I'm just sitting in my apartment working away at various things. I've read Pride and Prejudice, Great Expectations, and now I'm working my way through Crime and Punishment. There was a fantasy art competition which I entered, and have now won, so that was nice, and I've been writing my novel. What else...well I've been going for a run in the morning, that helps to wake me up, and I've brought my watercolours up from home (I was there yesterday) so I can do some traditional painting! And of course I'm probably spending far too much time on the computer - but I suppose I can't avoid that while doing digital art... I'll be accompanying a friend (she will actually be my flatmate after the summer) tomorrow to see another friend's band play - perhaps not as famous as Rybak, but still cool.

I also won some scholarship here in norway recently. "the dream scholarship" directly translated. with a money prize on 10000kr.
it comes in handy ^^ i was very happy to get it ofc. its also an honor. not many people get it. i think it is 100 people in norway who gets it each year, possibly.

Best norse mythology fanart I've ever seen. Do you plan to do another one? If so then in my opinion your style would portray Thor fighting Jormungdar, or Loki fighting Heimdal ^^ YOUR ART IS SO EPIC I CAN'T EVEN EXPRESS MY FEELINGS ENOUGH
