this isn't really minty she is a green pony with green peppermint candies as her cutie mark and slightly lighter mane then her fur but other then that this is really pretty

This is Minty from 1983.
The Minty you are describing is a newer version that was released in 2003. Hasbro has recycled names for many ponies over the years so some have up to 3 variations. I will draw the newer Minty at some point as well but for now I'm G4-ing the super oldies.

minty was always my favorite... I always remembered the one line where she said, "Now don't move a muscle. Well, you can move a muscle, just don't leave." I miss those days... now we have FIM but It't just not the same

I was very sad when I seen no Minty in the new MLP, and i've looked up a lot of designs a possible look for her, and so far this has been my favorite
