I just bought a plushie of this pony, and I love this!! Love her mane and tail style, and those comets in the background! I wonder if she's been practicing with a certain Saint who represents the constellation of Pegasus...

As far as I understand, some people sell OCs, with varying levels of preexisting facts, and varying levels of freedom with what you do with them after. I never quite got it.
