I made this really really quickly, but I'm sure it'll still be helpful. I dedicate it to since she likes duckies and asked me for some info on how I make my sculpey babies (lol) Hope it helps hon!

---Random info;

I don't use yellow clay, it always ends up looking burnt it's a piece of crap, even though it's so gorgeous. If I DO use it, I make sure to undercook it.

Colored clay cannot be sanded, it looks horrible, so white is best.

Maybe it's the paint I'm using, or just acrylic paints. Try different yellows to see what works for you.

You can use these techniques for all clay projects.

You can find Liquid Sculpey (TLS; Translucent Liquid Sculpey) for $7 at craft stores. I find toothpicks to be very helpful when using it. It never dries out, so squirt some out the tip and dip your pick in it.

So adorable! Maybe I'll try making some duckies... Though we don't have Sculpey around here, so any random clay will do for me.

^__^ Any would work! In fact, I'm sure actual clay would be easier since Sculpey is apparently is some form of plastic x___x insanity! No wonder the fumes from the oven smell horrible

Awh! Thank you >3<;; so nice of you

It took me a while to find it...and it was right in front of me, really! Lol. Michaels Crafts Store, and Jo-Ann's frabrics has them both for around 5-7$! They're right next to/around the clay and the tools

I'm glad to have been of help!
