My first try in this style xD it's called cell-shading, right? @w@maybe the anatomy and clothes suck, but seriously - I didn't care that much. @x@ besides, I'm tired >w<
and omg i forgot eyebrows xD oh well... >w<
otherwise, I'm quite pleased with it ^^ clean and simple
program : paint tool sai

the pink hair kinda overrides the no eyebrows, i didn't notice that she didn't have them until you mentioned it

yup, first try xP but it's really easy in sai, the lines go just where you want them to go, and you can regulate smoothness^^ it makes it easier than in photoshop

I could, but it was so much work to save it >W< (trial period ended so i had to screencapture 6 times+ put them together lol)
and photoshop sucks -.-'

Lots of people say Adobe Photoshop reeks but I don't understand.
I'd probably complain because of its user interface, but that's 5.0 and 6.0 I'm talking about.
I never got to see the latest versions. (You gotta pay up for 'em, duh.)
I use GIMP.
