I have no idea what happened but I DID A THING. I probably got some of the shading wrong, but I tried to mimic it as best I could with what I had.
It was an interesting style to do, I used a snapshot of Winry as a reference but had to do the pose myself. As the (very original) title suggests, I took a screenshot of Alphonse in his room at night and added Cassie in. Why? Because she can't sleep either because of her insomnia. This is probably one of their late night talks. Alphonse probably talked about a sensitive subject and became distant for a moment, while Cassie is worried about him. She hates seeing him sad, she really does, since he's basically her ray of sunshine (which kinda makes more sense when he gets his body back, what with his Xerxinian coloring 
). She has a lot of pet names for him, but mostly keeps them to herself since she's shy like that sometimes. She even calls him Alphonsey-Wonsy in her head on special occasions, but don't tell her I told you. I want to live another day. Cassandra Carter (c) Me

Is it wrong that I can actually hear "Uso" playing in my head when I look at this? xD
This was a really cool idea though! Editing a screenshot of the ending and putting Cassie into it~ From what I can tell from the original ending sequence, it still holds that childish crayon scribbling and color style, so I'd say you matched it well on that part! I'm sure Al enjoys the company with Cassie though~

Thank you so much! I wouldn't say I'm the first person to make a fake screenshot(at least, I think that's what this is called. xD), but I haven't seen anyone else try to mimic the children's drawing style. I like to think that I'm one of the few.
I like to think that, too. They become a couple while the Elric journey is under way (unlike 03 where it takes them FOREVER to be together), so I'm planning on highlighting how they show affection to each other. It's difficult since Al is in his armor, but she still tries to make do. If anything, it makes it more special when Al can finally feel her holding his hand.
