Usually I don't tell anyone before I report their comments, but I tell you now. Because you wrote so many words, and I guess you are so proud of them? Save these words to your own doc, because they mean nothing to me and I will delete this comment 24 hours later.
Any words talking about Connor or Arno and Shay killing each other (before Ubisoft actually put their hands to this)under my work is an insult.

Achilles was a stubborn mentor in both Rogue and III. Not listening to Shay in Rogue and stopping Connor from reuniting with Haytham in III. 
And Rogue was a game to show how bad the Assassins really are, an example, all the criminal gangs in New York. And true, Shay warned them, they would not listen, and so he had to kill them.

Honestly he was more flexible in III. He was skeptical mostly because he knew where that recklessness could lead. The Templars are still infinitely worse (Shay's willing to commit mass murder by jumpstarting france's revolt) and they caused the HOLOCAUST for shits and giggles/their plan whereas the assassins did what they did by accident and admitted their mistake.

he implies they "need to start a revolution of their own". The french revolution was fucking bloody; if the templars caused it knowing that would happen then yes indirectly shay is willing to cause death on a massive scale. I think it shows how far he's fallen

Shay was sad when he killed his friends, but when he killed Charles he said "I'm just finishing old business". He saw that assassination as 'just' business. And he was after the box Charles was in  possesion of. Oh, and the "start a revolution of our own" probably meant to start a revolution to restore balance after the American revolution and the Assassin's victory. Would be pretty cool to see Shay vs Connor!

People can commit atrocities if they justify it. The French revolution caused thousands of death; if shay caused the revolution than he's responsible for those deaths. It could show how far he's fallen; he's so obsessed with the templar goals he's become as monstrous as he thought achilles was. Either way if shay was involved in the revolution he caused the deaths of thousands. Whether he wants to admit it or not.

I guess you're right. But remember, Shay killed Charles like 13 years before the revolution even began. He could have been involved since the french templars were the ones who instagated the revolution.

the whole thing was a mess. the tmeplars were still assholes (even if munro was a nice guy he was still rather cold blooded and the templars would have also oppressed the natives or lead to chaos). The templars are still bad guys

Templars are just as much the good guys as they are the bad. Assassins seek total freedom, which is inevitably lead to anarchy, but the Tempalrs seek total control, which strips people of freewill. Ultimately the two must co-exist with each other for there to be peace.

I can't get that. The templars will put a few people with no accountability into power.....which will lead to chaos. The assassins ironically get that. The templars don't. The templars lead to ruin.

Templars aren't bad,IMO.That's one of the things I like about AC.There isn't good or evil.Both the Assassins and the Templars want peace.
The only exception are AC2 and Brotherhood villains,IMO.
