He was one of the main characters in AC novel Last Descendant issue 1, a Templar and assassin hunter during the New York draft riot in 1863, while Javier Mondragon was a modern days descendant of Cormac family.
There is no official graphic concept art of Cudgel for now, he was only described by words.
