Yaaay someone noticed the blue tint! I'm surprised actually, I made it so subtle, damn you have a very good eye for color!

The subtlety is actually what I like about your coloring here! The palette you used is really well put together~ you've got a pretty good eye for color yourself ^^
I do have a bit of critique I'm willing to share if you're willing to listen. Of course I won't tell you if you'd rather not hear it.

Alrighty then ^^
I noticed that when you draw necks, they tend to be pretty thick. This might make guys look better but on girls it makes them look quite masculine in spite of their feminine (and mind you, quite fabulous XD) facial features. I've got nothing to say for everything else tho. Your pallete is really nice and you've done the shading pretty well. The rest of her anatomy looks pretty good to me as well. I like how even though she's wearing a tank top it's not overly revealing. Overall, this piece has a very natural look~

Ah, now I see. I gotta admit, I don't practice necks at all, maybe that's why . I never tried to understand the basic anatomy of necks for males and females, because honestly it seems boring. Buuuut now I have a reason to do that haha.
Thanks for the other comments. I think another reason why it looks natural because this time, I consciously tried adding some slight facial expression (which is absent in my old drawings. They look like lifeless puppets O_O)
