The Cons of Offspark.The question one must ask is what do you get if you combine two people with similar personality traits. You get Pulsar (Green) and Quasar (Blue). Devious youths with the worst aspects of both Starscream and Phoenix. Cunning, Devious and quick to take advantage of a situation. It's little wonder that some creatures eat their young.
