Description David Smith presents The Animation Collection!

This is a series of animations that display my skills with the animated art form over the past year and a half.

This first one is my character, Dave the fox, walking. It was a test animation for the ability to display how a character walks or moves. Though there is little in terms of weight distribution and head movement, its nice to see Dave fully animated.

NOTE: May need to refresh the page in order for the animation to loop

Major kudos for such a smooth (hand animated!?) walk cycle. <-- coming from someone who spent almost an entire semester learning how to do a walk cycle... and has the hair-loss to prove it

i like this. The secondary motion is good. And it runs so smooth

It says "Forbidden" when I click download, and the thing isn't loading normally either.

Seemed to do the same for me. Didn't seem to load, and clicking download only comes up with the "Forbidden" thing.

However, I went back, and it seems to be working now.

Not sure why it's not working properly

Got it now, thanks. Also, awesome work on that flash animation thing *laughs* A friend showed it to me a few hours ago. The wolf movie was pretty good too, but the Starfox scenes were definitely smoother. :3

That must have been hart to do. Theirs a lot of people that don’t get how hard it is, because, a lot of times, the work tends to be disguised with paint, colors, and backgrounds. Just seeing it in pensile sort of puts it all into perspective, of what is to come. Good job!

Took me a great deal of time to get the right feel of it...even now, I feel it needs improvement. But still, I'm happy for your comment of it

That's really cool looking, though when it loops he seems to come down a bit quick on his left foot.

Yea, I noticed that too. My bad. We were supposed to loop the whole thing twice but I did 'em all in one loop, so I didn't notice the slight quick step. Thanks for pointing it out.
