'Ello and welcome to a meme AU thing.
Let me explain what you're supposed to draw in each box.

Regular- this is what your character normally looks like. In other words, what you perceive to be canon.
Popswap AU- your character takes the opposite role it usually has. For example, if they are normally a protagonist, then they would be an antagonist in this AU and vice versa.
Baby Brigade AU- your character is now less that 10 years old. If your character is already the age of 10, they are even younger.
Fantasy AU- your character is a mythological creature.
Space AU- your character lives in space. All islands are now planets.
Heroic AU- everyone is either a supervillain or superhero.
Freakshow AU- your character is a freak featured in a circus.
FU AU- Zeus kills all the villains and hypnotizes most people to be happy under his rule. Is your character hypnotized? That is up to you to decide.
Steampunk AU- regular but with a steampunk look.
Gods and Goddesses AU- your character is now a god or goddess.
