i'm of the same mind :dottiemaggie: is. with the blurred shoulder and the full breast it really looks like a lovely classical painting. venus reclining. i don't know if there is an interpretation to this, other than this *is* the essence of classical feminine beauty. basic and elemental.

interesting that to focus point seems to be the lips. while instinct would draw the eyes toward her chest, the focus of the image draws you to her lips. plays a bit of a mind game.

Beautiful selective focus control. The shadow and high-light areas support each other nicely to produce a mpst pleasing composition. I really rather like this image.

the blurriness concentrated in the centre of the pic is a little distracting, but the in focus elements...especially her lips are wonderful

To me, this one makes me wonder to who is she looking at... but we can't see her eyes, so we just have to keep wondering

Interesting but annoying image. Annoying because its off, you cant see much and its not the most exciting of positions to focus on with the body, but thats also what makes it interesting because the area of focus isnt the most typical area...
Plus the lighting is nice

Interpretation... hmm.... desperation and, once again, sexual, like Fantine from "Les Miserables". She didn't want to be sexual, but was desperate to raise money to save her child.

Leaving the interpretation of a photograph such as this to the denizens of DA is a dangerous thing to do.
I like how there's just the hint of clothing by the way you cropped it. Usually you see a total nude with the face cropped out, but not a non-nude. Interesting.
It's like a single cell from a scene in a movie, where she moves out of frame for a second.
