Here's character 99, Waluigi! For him, his moveset is primarily focused on the Mario spin-off games, like Mario Golf, Tennis, Party, Kart etc. This is because these are the games he appears in. Waluigi has no major gimmicks and is just as tall as Ridley.

ALTERNATE COLORS/COSTUMES:

Waluigi will have Mario, Luigi and Wario costumes, as well as his tennis costume from Mario Tennis Aces and his Mario Strikers costume. His other colors reference Foreman Spike and a brown color from Mario Tennis 64.

MOVESET:

Neutral-B - Tennis Ace: For this move, Waluigi will pull out his tennis racket and throw a ball up. After that, you have to press B at the correct time so you hit the tennis ball. If you don't, Waluigi will look disappointed.

Side-B - Kart Rush: This move is an exact clone of Wario's side special, except for the model, which is the standard kart from Mario Kart.

Up-B - Warp Block: This move is inspired by a Mario Party 3 item. It works the same as Sonic & Mega Man's up special.

Down-B - Golf Par: Waluigi will pull out a golf club and a golf ball. Holding down B will allow Waluigi to charge up his swing, and letting go will send the ball flying.

Final Smash - Wrecking Crew/4th Wahl Break: For the first FS, it is a cutscene FS that only activates if Waluigi is near an opponent. It shows Waluigi using an excavator to knock a building onto an opponent. Waluigi's second FS shows him jump right up to the screen, similar to the Nintendogs assist trophy. Waluigi will repeatedly knock on the screen and even dance, like how he does in Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix.

VICTORY S/TAUNTS:

Waluigi's entrance shows him jump out of his pipe and then throw it at a random player, doing 5% damage. Waluigi's up-taunt shows him stomping the ground angrily. Waluigi's side-taunt shows him straighten his hat. Waluigi's down-taunt shows him put a rose in his mouth and spin around gracefully.

Waluigi's first victory shows him doing a dance, like in DDR: Mario Mix. Waluigi's second victory shows him strike a few poses with a rose. Waluigi's final victory shows him do his victory s from the Mario Strikers games.

REVEAL TRAILER:

The CG section of the trailer is similar to the Inkling trailer, and is somewhat a parody of it. It starts with Waluigi doing multiple actions, like playing tennis, golf and racing in a kart. After the kart crashes, Waluigi gets up and the Smash logo is visible in his eye. Waluigi's splash screen then appears, and his tagline reads "Waluigi Wah-nders into Battle!". The trailer then ends, with no gameplay revealed. This is because I think Sakurai would want the fans to experience him when he comes out.

PALUTENA'S GUIDANCE:

PIT: Waluigi!?!

PALUTENA: That forgotten plumber has finally joined the battle!

VIRIDI: Are you serious? Waluigi's just a joke!

PIT: Viridi, you should never underestimate your opponents!
