Now, before you all ask, I am not making any video or anything like that, or any comic.....this is because why not :/ and I will label the opinion of the 4 sprites listed here starting from the ones on the left.Super Mario Battle Sprite Sheet by LoneWolfAlpha250 : This sprite sheet is sorta an re imagined of the "Mario and Luigi: Superstar SAGA sprite sheet" and because of this, it might have been used a couple but MLSS Mario have been used plenty of times from the popular SMBZ to Super Mario Bros Heroes of The Stars. While I do like it, I will admit is overused to death but overall, I like it.
Ultimate Sonic The Hedgehog Sprite Sheet by AsylusGoji91 : This sprite sheet is kinda in the color palette of this guy but overall, it it Sonic Battle and Sonic Advance Trilogy sprite sheet, while it is debatable if it been used, I will say that the Sonic Battle sprite sheet and the Advance Trilogy one have been overused but I love it so I am not complaining.
Sans MLSS style by XFireMHDev : Now I am certain no one have used this and this is an what if "Sans is in SMBZ or in MLSS" kind of thing and to be honest, I love it, I like how this guy focus so much on Sans (and probably almost lost his mind making it, I would too but I am an mediocre sprite sheet creator when actually creating a sprite), and I wish people use this more than the other one.
Freddy Fazbear sprite sheet by DMechaTails : Now this one is kinda interesting and to be honest, I like it, I really do, however I created my own version mostly to create the other animatronics with more poses so no offense....but I might use my own more.

Now to the others:
MOD GEN Mario by sonicexe935 : Now I actually think this is good, and rather interesting seeing Mario in this style, haven't been used for any comic as far as I can tell, but I have considered using it but I decided to stick with the MLSS ones.
MOD GEN Sonic by MODGEN team: Now this one is pretty interesting, kinda gives me a Classic Sonic game feel but used in some projects, famously Project GX, which takes pretty much makes Sonic SATAM, Sonic X and Aosth in the same continuity which isn't bad in theory unti you factor in how Sonic meets Tails but overall, a well made sprite sheet.
MUGEN Sans ripped (Don't know the orginial artist and this guy is the only one I can download so....) by WarchieUnited : Now I do think it looks odd but it isn't bad, I just think it is overused more than the whole "Bad time quote".....sorry but I don't think it is bad......like I probably make any Sans sprite sheet more terrible than any cringe Sans fanart.....so overall.....6/10....just want to give a score.
Freddy Fazbear sprite sheet by SuperMarcoToad64 : Wait, I created this so comment down your opinion on it as well as the sprite sheet I made for it: www.deviantart.com/supermarcot… but I will say that I don't recommend this sprite sheet.....I did add the FNaF World move-sets....well...two of them plus Freddy in Space 57........my sprite sheet is trash ;w; and I can accept that.

Personally, I don’t see the problem with the Mugen Undertale sprites. I think they look fine. And they reason they’re “overused” is because there aren’t exactly many Undertale sprite sheets for fight animations.

Sans was almost (and I mean ALMOST) childs play because it was half a recolor over the mario sprites (but still not easy to make). His brother on the other hand, papyrus almost mad me jump out a window, because it's 100% custom made. No tracing or sprite references.
I've already went on a huge rant already in my papyrus sheet about this to another commenter, and it goes way deeper than my sans sprites., The reason I made those sprites (and future sprites to come) is so people won't have to use those stupid Mugen sprites anymore. I originally made those sans sprites for OMM to use, but was immediately heart broken to find out they used those mugen sprites. So yeah I really hate those sprites. Say what you want about those sprites, but to me those sprite are atrocious and should never haved gained the popularity it has now.

I can agree they are overused and I kinda cringe sometimes when I see them (Mostly the Frisk one) but overall, your version is 100x better.

The undyne ones are pretty ugly too.
Oh and speaking of undyne. Yeah She's on my radar too, and you thought paps was a struggle, well try making for versions at the same time. Armor, armorless, armor without helmet, and the undying form.
Yeah makes me want to jump into a river and swim to china.
