Description
So, I recently found out that Hello Nurse is confirmed to NOT be returning to the Animaniacs reboot, which I have my own set of problems with, but then I realized that I have some artistic talent, so I decided to make my own model sheet for her, heavily updated from the original model sheet reference.This is the CEO version, my design of how she would look as the Warner Bros. CEO.

Well, yes and no. I got the idea myself because I thought she would’ve been a much better fit and it would’ve been a huge upgrade for her character, as opposed to having to omit her completely from the show. I think that was a bad decision, because if she was included as the CEO, it could’ve had the message that women can be beautiful AND powerful.
After I found out that Tom Ruegger had been shunned from involvement in the reboot and that he and I had been thinking the same thing, I decided to make this for “the reboot that could’ve been”. So, I actually had this idea before I knew that the creator of the show was on the same page.

Well, this didn’t actually happen, it’s my version of how she would look if she HAD gotten the job. I would imagine that she’s more than qualified for the position, according to Wakko’s song detailing things about her that are apparently true and the fact that she’s a beauty with brains, as shown in the movie, Wakko’s Wish. You didn’t miss a thing yet, but there is a reboot on HULU which, unfortunately, Hello Nurse isn’t involved in due to PC complaints.

I think she could do it. If her “Hello Nurse” song is any indication, she’s more than qualified to be the woman in charge of anything.
As for your reference to the bottling company, I offer two options:
1. That’s exactly why she can be the CEO of WB, because she has had experience essentially being the boss of a bottling company alongside Scratchansniff. Eventually, they might decide to split the company in two so they could focus more on what they’re best at; Dr. Scratchansniff’s branch would supply the elixir and Hello Nurse’s company would supply the sexy-shaped bottles.
2. The Wakko’s wish movie is non-canon and it was simply the characters playing their own roles in a movie. Irl (meaning off the stage) they actually knew it was a movie which they were making and the cast goes back to their usual lives, meaning the bottling company was just a prop for the movie. Hello Nurse could still make the case for being a CEO because, according to Wakko’s song, “there’s not a thing that she couldn’t do”. and she’s clearly shown as an “alert and aware” businesswoman shortly afterward.

Damn near everything, I guess. The ones I can remember are that she apparently has a 157 IQ, won a scholarship to Yale, got a full bright in the mail and took a two-year junior college degree, played the leading role in King Lear, won the Nobel Prize in physics, has several Ph.D.s, won a Pulitlzer and Tony award, was ambassador to China the previous year, plays Chopin without rehearsing, sings opera at the Met, and reads Tolstoy.
