Hey, speak of the Devil... I actually have plans to make a full sprite sheet, imitating some of Sonic’s animations, as well as some custom ones that will integrate SpongeBob’s personality... like maybe a custom victory pose with either him doing his trademark laugh at the end of a level, or something more meme-like, such as SpongeBob- ripping his pants again...
Either way, it’ll hopefully look really fun. For now, I think I’ll start it off on SpongeBob versions of Sonic’s jogging and running animations, and take it from there!

It’s already there. Someone had utilized my sprite work and put it in the game. I tracked that person down on Discord a few months ago, and after some clearing up, I found out that I was indeed given credit for it.
However, what you guys may be getting this sprite, and/or something similar to it is in Super Mario Bros. Expansion. I’ve actually been working on making Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, and Super Mario World style SpongeBob sprites, which you may see in about 1-2 days

Mario Battle Royale is made by someone else, utilizing tons of custom sprites, including mine, in a Fortnite-esque Mario vs. Mario vs. Mario vs. Luigi vs. Toad vs. SpongeBob vs. Headless Mario vs. Head Only Mario vs. Pipe vs. Mushroom vs. Piranha Plant vs. Mario Kart Mario vs. DMCA Mario vs. Sonic... etc. battle!
