I really like the angle. The editing is good as well, especially the color and shadows. The only flaw of this picture is, that there is not much going on. And you used NPCs, so I can't say it's all of your work. Still don't know what is presented on this picture. The policemen are standing and looking at something that I don't see. It lets me use my imagination. Are they looking for a citizens? Maybe for Freeman? God, how han I describe this more? Stupid limit. Anyway, I like the colors, the shadows and the scene, but it's too empty and not much is going on.
